The Cooperative Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina is made of
cooperatives united in Entity Unions. Bodies of the Association are:
General Assembly, Management Board, Supervisory Board, President and
Deputy President.
General
Assembly
General
Assembly is made of ten cooperative representatives from Entity
Unions. General Assembly has its President and Deputy President,
that are from different entities and rotate on those functions
every two years.
The
President of the General Assembly of the Co-operative
Association BH in this mandate is Veljko Garaca, from
Agriculture cooperative «Knezica», and the Deputy President is
Ramiz Halilovic from Agriculture cooperative «Agropromet» Tuzla.

Board of Co-operative Association BH has eight members, entity
unions each give three members and President and Deputy
President are members according to their function.

President
of the Co-operative Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The
president of the Co-operative Association of Bosnia and
Herzegovina in this two year mandate is Slavko Dobrilovic, an
agronomist.
He was born
on March 28, 1954 in Mandra village, municipality of Sokolac.He
finished Primary school in Sokolovici and Forestry high school
in Ilidza. He worked in SIPAD in Romanija for 14 months. He
finished Faculty of Agriculture in Sarajevo on March 1, 1678. He
worked in UPI-RO «Glasinac», Sokolac. He was named director of
Executive business body OOK «Sokolovici» on June 9, 1978. From
October 9, 1981 to February 22, 1986 he was a director of OOK
«Knezina», Knezina. From February 22, 1986 to 1991 he was
employed in OOK «Kaljina», Kaljina. From 1991 to 1994 he was
employed in ZZ «Kaljina». Co-operatives «Kaljina», «Knežina» i
«Sokolovici» joined ZZ «Glasinac» on May 1, 1996. He was elected
director of ZZ «Glasinac» on May 1, 1996 and stayed at that
function till May 1, 2001 when he changes to a position of
executive director Co-operative Association of Bosnia and
Herzegovina. On May 1, 2005, he was elected President of the
Co-operative Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina with two year
rotating mandate.
Deputy
President of
the Co-operative Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Deputy
President of the Co-operative Association of Bosnia and
Herzegovina in this two year mandate is Mehmed (Meho) Osmanovic,
bachelor of Law.
He was born
on March 13, 1959 in Rogatica, where he finished Primary school
and Grammar School. He finished Law school in 1983 in Sarajevo.
He is a postgraduate student at Agriculture faculty. He is
preparing the thesis « From co-operative idea to General Law on
co-operatives in BH». From February 1, 1984 he was working in
Working comunity SOUR UPI. From March 11, 1991 to December 31,
2000 he was a secretar to the Co-operative Association of BH.
From January 1, 2001 to April 30, 2005 he was a secretary to the
Co-operative Union of BH Federation, and as a volunteer a
President and Deputy President of the Co-operative Association
of BH. From May 1, 2005 he is on the position of Deputy
President of Co-operative Association of BH.
He is
married, and has two sons.
